Eco-Friendly Packaging
Our packaging was designed to use as little jewelry boxes as possible. We designed one box that holds a pouch and a jewelry pillow. The jewelry pillow is able to accommodate a ring, a pair of earrings, a pendant necklace, a belt, a charm, and a bangle/cuff.
Our gorgeous orange metallic box with navy interior is perfect to display on your shelf to hold other things dear to you and our navy Velveteen pouch/pillow is perfect for traveling with your Gaudess pieces or other jewelry pieces that compliment ours.
When you order online you will receive our beautiful signature orange metallic snakeskin box. The contrasting deep navy blue interior cradles our soft velveteen gold embossed jewelry pouch. Tucked inside our pouch is our unique jewelry pillow.
If, by some crazy unknown reason you choose to return one of our products, the box, pouch, and jewelry pillow must be returned as well in order to receive a store credit.
When you purchase a product during one of our elegant and fun Trunk shows, you will receive your product in our Signature orange metallic snakeskin shopping bag, along with our jewelry pouch and jewelry pillow.
If your product is marked with .925, it is sterling silver or Vermeil (sterling silver plated with 14k gold). Sterling silver tarnishes, but luckily it is easy to clean. We use Tarn-X to bring our sterling silver and Vermeil pieces back to life. Apply Tarn-X to a clean/ dry soft cloth. Rub the areas that are tarnished until the surfaces are shiny like new. Rinse under warm water and dry with a clean soft cloth.
General Care Instructions
- Remove our products when showering or bathing. This is particularly important when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water
- Avoid wearing our products when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening or exercise
- Never expose our products to household cleaning products, especially bleach and highly reactive solutions
- Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray on the gemstones or pearls as it jeopardizes the integrity of the material
- Remove our products when applying make-up, creams to avoid the residue getting into the texture or gemstone setting. Any residue dulls the shine of your ring
- Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity
- If you notice any gemstones moving, please have that repaired immediately to avoid any further damage or loss of stones
GAUDESS Products are designed to last for many years to come but all precious jewelry and accessories will naturally tarnish and look dull if proper care have not been taken. Always protect your products from knocks, scratches, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold to minimize these effects.
Gaudess products may be returned for store credit within 14 days after you receive the item. Once we receive the item(s) you will be issued a store credit, less any shipping charges. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Gaudess.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you have a ring size conversion chart?
Our rings are unique in more ways than one. Each GAUDESS beaded ring is hand-woven and sculpted into an elegant work of art. During this process, an arch is created underneath the ring, which makes our design special for sizing and fitting.
We suggest wearing our beaded rings on the middle finger, but any finger will do! When you go to try on our beaded rings, you may feel discouraged that it's too small; and it won't slide over your knuckle. Simply turn the ring to the side and slide it over your knuckle and then turn it upright for the proper fit. It should feel comfortable, not loose. We suggest not sizing up. If your ring size is a 7, please order a size 7.
