Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with GAUDESS® LLC, you must contact customer support by email (cancel@gaudess.com) or by phone (1­-727-804-9572). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

 

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

 

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

 

 

Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate daily, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of ­stock. In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will include information on how to cancel the order, if you prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out­ of ­stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

 

Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item before confirming your order.

 

 

Shipping Policy for In-­stock Items

 

All items indicated to be in stock are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. In-­stock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped on the following business day.

 

A confirmation email is sent as soon as the purchased item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for your item with an estimated delivery date (according to UPS, and based on the shipping method you selected).

Returns

Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, and to make you look and feel gorgeous, like the Gaudess® you are! Our Return Policy allows you 7 days to review your purchase. We understand there are times that your perception of the purchased item is different when personally inspecting the item (that is usually apparent immediately upon opening the package). If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price (less shipping and restocking fee if it applies). In order to receive a refund, you will need to contact us first; we will provide a return address. You may want to also insure the item, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Please return the unworn, undamaged item(s) in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt of item, and you will receive a refund minus shipping cost and restocking fees (if it applies). After 7 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Should you have a concern about an item you've purchased, please contact us right away.

 

Exceptions

 

GAUDESS® beaded rings ordered online are non-returnable. The reason for this is that when we see you in person at one of our fabulous trunk shows, we can make sure the ring fits your finger perfectly and you’ll never want to take it off. Due to the unique design and fit of our rings, one design may fit slightly different than another ring design.

 

Note that Special order pieces are not refundable once you sign off on the production of the item. Items that are damaged or worn are not refundable.
